EIR Program Terms & Conditions

Last updated: January 22, 2026

1. Program Overview

The Plexor Entrepreneur-in-Residence ("EIR") Program is a research initiative that provides selected entrepreneurs with AI service credits and access to Plexor's intelligent routing platform. The program is designed to support early-stage founders building AI-powered products.

2. Eligibility

The EIR Program is open to individuals and small teams actively building software products that utilize large language model (LLM) APIs. Participants are selected at Plexor's sole discretion based on application review.

3. Credits & Usage

  • Each participant receives up to $150 in AI service credits distributed across multiple providers available on the Plexor platform.
  • Credits can be used for commercial or research purposes.
  • Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Unused credits expire at the end of the program period and do not roll over.
  • Plexor reserves the right to adjust credit allocations based on provider availability.

4. Program Duration

The initial program sprint runs for two weeks from the date of participant activation. Plexor may extend the program at its discretion. Participants will be notified of any changes to the program timeline.

5. Participant Obligations

  • Respond to a weekly feedback survey (approximately five minutes).
  • Participate in an end-of-program feedback session (approximately 30 minutes).
  • Allow Plexor to observe anonymized usage patterns for product improvement.
  • Use the platform in accordance with Plexor's Acceptable Use Policy.

6. Data & Privacy

Plexor collects usage metrics (API calls, model selection, routing patterns) to improve the platform. All usage data is anonymized before analysis. Plexor will not access, store, or review the content of your API requests or responses.

Your prompts and completions are never stored, logged, or used for training. Only metadata (token counts, provider selected, latency, cost) is collected.

7. Intellectual Property

Participants retain full ownership of all intellectual property created using the Plexor platform during the EIR Program. Plexor makes no claims to any code, content, or products built by participants.

8. Termination

  • Either party may terminate participation at any time with written notice.
  • Plexor may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited.

9. Limitation of Liability

The EIR Program and credits are provided "as is." Plexor makes no warranties regarding uptime, availability, or performance of any third-party AI provider. Plexor's total liability is limited to the value of credits allocated to the participant.

10. Modifications

Plexor reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Participants will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
